India's Samrat Chowdhery appointed as INNCO President

Announced Samrat Chowdhery’s appointment as President of the International Network of Nicotine Consumer Organisations (INNCO), a 34-country body with UN observer status. Notes that he directs AVI, which has advocated for risk reduction in tobacco use since 2016, and that he won GFN’s Advocate of the Year award in 2018.
