Nicotine pouch use characteristics, self-perceived addiction and regret among Danish youth.
A Danish survey of youth aged 15-29 found that 14% use nicotine pouches regularly. Among users, over 80% reported feeling addicted and nearly 80% regretted starting. Daily use, longer use duration, higher nicotine strength, and menthol flavoring were linked to greater perceived addiction.
