e-cigarette

A clinical trial found that e-cigarettes alone helped smokers quit at nearly twice the rate of email support messages alone (11.3% vs 6.4%), and adding phone-based behavioral counseling to e-cigarettes doubled quit rates further (21.1%). This suggests e-cigarettes can be effective smoking cessation tools, especially when combined with professional support.
