E-cigarette, heated tobacco, and cigarette preferences among Canadian e-cigarette users and nonusers: A discrete choice experiment.
Canadian researchers found that on-product health warnings significantly discourage people from choosing e-cigarettes, heated tobacco, or cigarettes, with the effect strongest when warnings appear on all three product types simultaneously. Higher prices also reduced product preference, while lower nicotine concentrations in vape products were favored by both users and non-users.
Relevance to India: None stated.
