Adolescent use of nicotine pouches in four Latin American countries: A cross-sectional survey.
A survey of nearly 13,000 adolescents across four Latin American countries found that about 6% had tried nicotine pouches, with current use at 2.4%. Pouches were more popular in Peru than Argentina, appealed more to boys and wealthier teens, and were often obtained informally through friends rather than direct purchase.
Relevance to India: None stated.
