AVI opposes Jharkhand government proposal to ban e-cigarettes

Response to Jharkhand health secretary Dr Nitin Madan Kulkarni’s 7 March 2019 ban announcement, urging regulation instead. States AVI wrote to the health minister and secretary requesting an appointment and offered 120 research papers (4,000+ pages) toward a regulatory policy, and separately offered the state technical help drafting one.
